Roy and Justin arrived when I expected, and they were very professional and courteous. They identified our pool leak (in the jets) quickly and were able to repair it along the with a leak we've had near the filter all during the same visit. Roy was wonderful to educate me how to manage some small repairs myself if I were interested in saving money. He informed me I didn't need to change the sand in my filter even though I could've easily been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. He made me feel comfortable and confid... read more
