We have had problems with our pool system from the original installation. Alan from the Pool Dr. fixed it within 30 minutes. Pool equipment is working perfectly. Highly recommend this company! And highly recommend Alan! Really knowledgeable and personable young man! Huge THANK YOU to this company!

We had a repair technician from Pool Doctor come to our house to diagnose a problem. His name was Tommy and he was right on time as promised which is rare these days. He was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what the problem was. Tommy is an asset to Pool Doctor and I give him kudos.

We have a new pool that has been running for a week. There was a problem with the salt generator. We called the manufacturer and they told us to call the Pool Droctor and they could help us. And that is exactly what they did. They set up an appointment, they called and was here at the appointment time. Apparently there was a bad board, Pool Doctor put in new board, made adjustments and it was fixed. (All covered under warranty). I only use Pool Doctor for my pool repairs. Been using them for several years now. I've used others before and wasn't nearly as happy. Everyone who's been out here has been efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. Alan just fixed my pump. I told them over the phone I needed a whole new motor. He brought one out and was prepared to change it, but informed me that all I really needed was a capacitor, so that's all I did. OMG. I contacted Pool Doctor about the smell left over on my skin from using the pool and hot tub at Whispering Palms. Plus my bathing suit was washed out. The response was that the chemicals are fine. HELLO....CHLORINE AND URINE MIXED TOGETHER PRODUCE THE SMELL. THANK YOU POOL DOCTOR.
I've been using Pool Doctor for 4 years. They are always reliable, great to deal with & very friendly & informative. And very tolerant of a customer who still knows nothing about taking care of the pool!
