Hire Techs that know what there doing . I was told that I needed a new Light that would cost over $500 + the $39 that I already Paid in CASH _When All I NEEDED was a LIGHT BULB REPLACED into the UNIT - WOW !
I had a new pump installed today by Ed one of their service reps. Ed should teach the Advanced Class in customer service. Ed was friendly, polite and went to work right away! Ed knew his stuff and gave us a quick tutorial on our new Pentair pump. Ed gets 10 on every aspect of a questionnaire. Give Ed a big raise people like him are a rare find these days! Cheers Rich
Spent nearly $400 on this as I was told by you guys that it was awesome! It’s the worst pool vac I have ever had. It’s useless. I called to return it and was told I could not return it. It’s been a few months and I was also promised a $100 rebate that I have never received and I was told that they have nothing to do with that as well EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A CONDITION OF THE SALE. After being a customer for nearly 20 years! Wow.
