I used pool compass to investigate and repair a problem (that was not straight forward) with my hot tub. Derrick was thorough in trying to figure out the issue. He tried the least expensive options first, and actually removed the part if it did not fix the problem. After a couple of attempts, he learned what the issue was, and the hot tub was repaired. Derrick is a great communicator, arrives on time, and is quick to return calls. I highly recommend his services!!
They fit me in their busy schedule within a week. Very good service. When it's time to open the pool again in spring, I will call them again. Was even thinking of trying them out for regular pool maintenance
