My recent experience at pool city was fantastic! Our sales rep , Autumn F. , was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This pool city is terrible when it comes to customer service. Ordered a pool July 21st. Never got a call so started calling the store Sunday Aug 7th. No one would return a phone call as to where our pool was. A week later and 5 other calls find out the pool was never ordered for delivery. No one wants to speak to you on the phone and does not return calls with followup infornation. Aug 15th still waiting for pool installation. No rush for their mistakes. And the person that ordered the pool was the assistant manager.
Autumn was wonderful! She was very helpful with helping me pick out the right pool for my family. I would recommend pool city to anyone who asks.
Jim L Best place to buy a hot tub. I visited two other stores but the level of service I received at Pool City was by far the best. My salesperson, Chaim, took the time to answer all of my questions and told me many things I didn't even know to ask about, His knowledge of the various hot tubs was far better than anyone else I spoke to.
