We bought it the pool in January so it would be ready to use by MemorialDay, but it wasn't installed until about May 30.I'm writing this mid-July. I gave Pool City this long to make it right. First . . . the whole pool will fit in the back of a pickup or SUV, you really don't need to pay the $150 for delivery. Second . . . Their Communication is horrible. This pool city is terrible when it comes to customer service. Ordered a pool July 21st. Never got a call so started calling the store Sunday Aug 7th. No one would return a phone call as to where our pool was. A week later and 5 other calls find out the pool was never ordered for delivery. No one wants to speak to you on the phone and does not return calls with followup infornation. Aug 15th still waiting for pool installation. No rush for their mistakes. And the person that ordered the pool was the assistant manager.
Recently purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from Jon. I was very please with the level of service provided. There was no pressure to make the purchased. He simply informed me of my options and let me make the decision. He even threw in some free chemicals to help me get started. I'm very satisfied with my purchase so far.
Great Customer Service, Excellent prices and friendly, knowledgable staff. I have many other pool stores near me and I still decide to drive an hour to shop at Pool City. I highly recommend this store. I am a first time pool owner and with that comes some headaches but with Chuck and his staff at my assistance I can operate a pool like a pro.
