We bought it the pool in January so it would be ready to use by MemorialDay, but it wasn't installed until about May 30.I'm writing this mid-July. I gave Pool City this long to make it right. First . . . the whole pool will fit in the back of a pickup or SUV, you really don't need to pay the $150 for delivery. Second . . . Their Communication is horrible. I recently saw a television ad on TV regarding the Zen massage chairs at Pool City. A trip to the Greensburg Pool City proved to be a positive one. We spoke with Autumn Marcoz regarding the ZenAwakening massage chair. We found Autumn to be both knowledgeable and patient with our unending questions, never rushing us. After a demo of the ZenAwakening (ZenWave ZA180) we were sold. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery guys were professional. Any questions were had were promptly answered by Autumn.
So with this being the first pool I had to take care of the experience was overwhelming to say the least. Had some issue with it at first. Then I spoke with Autumn in the Greensburg store. She was very knowledgeable ,didn't rush me with my questions about the pool and the process. She talked me through a lot of the process about the chemicals which seem to be the most overwhelming thing. she's very polite, personality a plus .very knowledgeable and should actually be running the store. My visit to Pool City in Monroeville was a learning experience and I was quite pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of store manager Arnold Havkin he explained every question in great detail and really took the time with me in my purchase of a new swimming pool. Great product and great manager!
Pool City had an extensive selection of hot tubs. We purchased the Sundance Chelsee and we love it. Within the first week of our owning the tub, Pool City sent a service tech out to answer any questions we had - as well as the store reps answering our telephoned questions. We are very happy we purchased our hot tub from Pool City.
We purchased a Sundance Chelsee from Pool City in Greensburg and are so thrilled that we did. The store reps (Hiam and Autumn) were so helpful in choosing a hot tub and in answering our questions. The delivery process was very easy and flexible; and, within a week of our hot tub being delivered, Pool City sent a service tech out to answer any questions we had.
Our 1st experience with Pool City was in April. Russ and Chaim were very helpful, and what we bought was perfect for us. Impressed, when we decided to by a pool we returned. We sought out Autumn (our son's friends who we had learned is a sales associate there). Autumn was wonderful! She calmly solved our subsequent problems promptly and professionally.
