Horrible communication skills. Josh seemed uninterested and we did not feel valued as a paying customer.

It's a lot easier to get hold of your senator than Josh. I paid him to replace my waterfall pump, two months later it stopped working. I called him and waited for 3 months for him to come over and check it out. 3 months later he said it was out of warranty.

I use old republic home warranty company and they dispatched my pool pump issue to these guys. Ive called them several times and also sent a text with no response, now I try calling back and it goes right to VM. I call old republic and explained my issue, they called and spoke to Josh the owner, he said he couldnt do the repair for some reason, THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE ACTUALLY WAS!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

TLDR: Pool Butler never tested our water and blamed us for algae growth 🦠 We hired Pool Buter for the past 9 months to service our pool. Being new to Phoenix and never owning a pool, we used this company because they came highly refered from a friend. During our 9 months of service our water was never tested or properly balanced.
