This company deserves a 5 star review, 25 years with a pool and I have never felt so at ease as I do with Pool Biz, I have not had to worry about the water quality in my pool, this company has the rite system down and I recommend them, always on time and following the same routine.
Had an issue with my pool vacuum that was installed by a different contractor less than a year ago, since Pool Biz was on the list of service providers for Pentair pool products they became involved. The same day I submitted the claim Pool Biz sent a tech to replace under warranty the necessary parts. The tech repaired it, did not leave any trace of the repair other than the fact that the vacuum now works perfectly.
