Ari doesn't show up half the time. I pay for 4x a week for pool Service and im lucky if she comes 3x. She makes excuses like it was too hot this week to work or it was a holiday (July 4th). The holiday is not the whole week. Now she refuses to refund me for this month and quit because I complained that she is unreliable. Find a different pool service!!! Update: 3 weeks later and still no refund. Smh

Aria and her team are phenomenal and their ability to care and attend to our clients pools is second to none.
