My extensive waterfall, fountain, cold plunge and outdoor shower project came out great. The team including the owners were very responsive.

After sales customer service is horrible. Beautiful design but we have been trying over a year to get a defect fixed. They sent us a proposal for an issue they did and management refuses to call or speak with us.
