Great atmosphere really good crawfish boil and you bring your own beer. Good stuff
Great little hole in the wall. Super find out in the middle of nowhere. Stayed nearby on trip to Galveston to catch a cruise. Crawdads were great. Great atmosphere.
Just not good. Not my kind of place. I like a better selection.

I heard good things about Pook's so I thought I would try it. Some of the worst Crawfish I have ever eaten. It was extremely salty and was Luke warm at best. It tasted like it was the previous day's batch that had been sitting in salt water all night. Very disappointed
Worst place I've eaten crawfish at. Salty, just salty no flavor. I wanted to send the order back but felt bad. Yuck. Drive 45 mins to get there. People who say it's the best crawfish must be out of their mind. I'll stick to my spot in deer park tx. Along with the forgotten drink order, and the burnt appetizer. Gross. Not worth it. Get some new seasoning guys.
One to get it to register. Salt is the only flavor I tasted. Sorry folks. Rubbery shell and salt is a bust for me.
