Best Store! – I had the best time at Pookie & Sebastian. It offers the most fashionable items at great prices! The atmosphere is so comfortable and pretty! The customer service is the best in NYC (this means alot)! This pretty store offers full quality items at great prices! I told all my friends in the fashion industry about Pookie since they always love my clothes!
GREAT EXPERIENCE! – I had the greatest shopping experience EVER! I had heard about this store from a girl at the Mercer Kitchen when I asked her where she got her AMAZING top & earrings! She said "Pookie & Sebastian its her favorite store!!" Well, its my favorite store too! Their clothes, quality and customer service are the BEST! Really the Best! You cant say anything "negative" about this store! They have everything right!

Terrible Treatment – On a recent visit to what was once a great store (corner of 3rd and 36th) there was a sale. My sister and I waited over an hour to try things on. My sister only had 1 thing so she quickly wanted to try it on with me. She was told no, go to the back of the line. Well she and my mother were mad and left but I really wanted some of the things so I stayed, tried on and got in line to pay (another long wait but I thought worth it). A reliable staple on my places to hit – I pop in here every now and then and am usually never disappointed in finding last minute items for a night out. The owner did something right when it comes to the staff - customer service is a priority here. Sometimes the origins of the clothes are dubious - I saw one outfit that had been in the window of a Rainbow store.
