I purchased a pair of Gold plated earrings studs on 9/14/2025. By Tuesday 9/16/2025, the earrings tarnished. I have my receipt which, it says clearly that you can return within 14 days from the day of purchase as long as you have a receipt also. Since is only 4 days I decided to go to the Tampa FL location at the Mall where I purchased them and the same lady who sold them to me was there so, I showed her the earrings and even though she can see the earrings are tarnished, all she said was that the company does not do refunds... read more
