Pookadai was extremely helpful with organizing our wedding garland and bouquet needs. Especially with my bouquet - the employees were very flexible, and helped with personalizing everything that I'd wanted. They are also very proactive with following up on orders and requests. We recently used Pookadai for our wedding and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. While the malai/garlands were beautiful in appearance, they were already wilting at the ends. The process around the hair florals was particularly stressful. I was informed last minute that bridal jasmine would not be available, which left little time to find alternatives.
