Dr Rao is very thorough in her evaluation of my physical needs concerning thyroid, and diabetes problems that I deal with. She takes time to hear my concerns and appropriately addressed them.
Dr. Rao is an excellent physician, well educated, listens to your concerns. Only downfall is the wait.
Dr. Rao was so thorough and took time to answer all my questions and to make changes to my pump settings. She was focused on my concerns and I didn’t feel like she was rushing off to the next patient. Great experience.
I love Dr Rao and her nurse, Lisa! Dr Rao has stellar patient care and I never feel rushed to get the door! She always ensures that I understand “the game plan” before I leave and timely follow up.
Doctor was nice but had to wait in the exam room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I understand when things get behind but I missed an important delivery,,, would have been nice if someone would have at least checked in while I was waiting or explained it would take longer due to a delay but that never happened. Communication is key and that was disappointing
