I love Dr Rao and her nurse, Lisa! Dr Rao has stellar patient care and I never feel rushed to get the door! She always ensures that I understand “the game plan” before I leave and timely follow up.
Doctor was nice but had to wait in the exam room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I understand when things get behind but I missed an important delivery,,, would have been nice if someone would have at least checked in while I was waiting or explained it would take longer due to a delay but that never happened. Communication is key and that was disappointing
Dr. Rao is a great doctor. She takes her time to listen to your concerns, and answers your questions, then discusses a treatment plan. I have great respect for her.
