The best grooming facility that I trust with my pets/family members. Always friendly and informative. LOVE this place!!!
My cat looks horrendous. You can see the clipper grooves, there are multiple mistakes on his grooming job and the owner, Vickie, was very unhelpful regarding my complaint. My cat JUMPED into his carrier when I came to pick him up. The business ethics are less than worthy. I wish I would have taken him somewhere else. Poor Homer.
They groom Siamese cats like they do French poodles! Who shaves a cat?! Ridiculous.
Very thankful I got to get my dogs groomed there. Definitely look forward to bringing them back. I certainly will refer you all to everyone I know!
Always took my pup there and always waited for the call for pick up. Arrived early and witnessed my dog being treated poorly by groomer even though he was being submissive. If you love your pups as much as I do, please be cautious who you use. Never going back. Totally unacceptable. Be cautious and aware.
