I been taking my dog here for bout 2 yrs now & i loved them cuz they take good care of my dog till 2 days ago I took my dog for a groom & they cut a piece of his eye out & they trying to tell me it was already there NO sorry it was not freaking there befor i love my dog like my child i would no if that was there!!!!! There is no apology no refund no take him to vet just straight denial they didnt do it ur groomer did this to my dog & now lost my service wish i could sue
My 10 year old Old English Bulldog had never been to a groomer and the staff and owner were absolutely loved my experience there! I will definitely be taking my fur baby back! Thank you ladies! Jasmine is snoozing away now :)
Vickie always does a great job with our furbaby. We've been using her for 11 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!
