1 * they came out, couldn't fix the problem. charged over $200.00 wasn't there 15 min.. said they would get back with us. Never called. We had called them 3 times with no response. No, I wouldn't recommend them!

I feel like I need to put the word out when I get exceptional service from a company and the service I got today was beyond compare. Woke up this morning to the toilets not flushing and sewage backing up in the showers. Called the company I have used for years and they said Monday afternoon. I really don’t think I can hold it that long, just saying. I called Poo-Man Pumping and they were here within 35 minutes. Emily in the office and the driver Alex were awesome. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
Had my water heater off as the propane tank was being replaced. The contractors with lots of trying could not get it lit! Poo Man to the rescue! And I’ve got hot water again!! #showertime Thanks Ryan and Gene!!
I called several companies and Poo-man was my pick. From the person who helped me on the phone to Jeremy who came out, the staff was so nice and helpful.Very professional. No additional charges, on time and did a great job. Next time I need this done I will be call Poo-man! Thank You.
First we called on a saturday..no problem..the young man that came out was very prompt and polite. Also very honest..this is our new go to ...def recommend them...
woke up to leak in ceiling. Called 4 companies, 2 never called back (Buckeye and Datille), one the company had changed owners and Poo Man Tim was the only one to call back, quickly too! Said he would send a guy out in about 2 hours, showed up in hour. First pass the technician could not find the leak, of course after he left and was paid, it started leaking again.
