Bunch of thieves. Stole my deposit, never did the job.
3 cheers for Poo Man!! Last evening we were surprised by an apparent clog in our septic.. we had just pumped our tank in April! Friends of ours were very impressed with Poo Man, so I called and received great customer service and the promise they would service us first thing in the morning. Happy to report our problem was solved (and explained) in a prompt and professional fashion, at fair price! We will be customers for life!
They were very helpful and accommodating. They came out the same day we called and we asked to be the last house because we have important business during the day. They came out when it was dark and did a quick and professional job with a fair rate.
My Septic backed up mid-afternoon, several friends recommended Poo-Man and they were right. The company put me right on the schedule and was out quickly. Alex was awesome, very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again.
