EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. Called from out of state to book a room for my son. On Facebook page it states "always open". Not to mention, if they were closed , why would someone answer the phone and berate someone for calling when they aren't open? That is what happened to me. I am stunned, embarrassed and feel like I have been yelled at. I was angrily interrupted and told if I want to stay her to call back when they were open, then hung up on! Needless to say, wont be calling back.
