New Owners are terrible and full of attitude. Work was shoddy at best. They took three months to tell me the motor I wanted on was no good. They left a large hole inthe floor of my pontoon and had so much excess cable when they switched motors that is drags in the water behind the boat. They replaced my steering cable and ripped out all of my wiring for my light and then wanted me to pay for it to be fixed. My boat was left out uncovered during the motor swap and who knows when else. there are new rips in my boat cover. When... read more

Dont do business with Hoops/Pontoon Man Marine in Lakeview Ohio. I stored my Jet Boat there during a boating season and the Jet Drive was seriously damaged when it got rammed or backed into. The repair parts were over \$600 and they acted as if there was no knowledge of the damage, when, in fact they knew very well my boats propulsion system was seriously damaged WHILE IN THEIR LOT and UNDER THEIR CONTROL. Do NOT do business with these people.
