My fiancé and I came here for a late night dinner and were treated to an exceptionally pleasant and unique experience. Our server Jason Alessi went out of his way to make sure our every need was met and even had time to explain menu items and selections. An excellent dining experience with lovingly made food that was just plain exquisite.
Toke at least 10 min to order , then the food gets here it's all wrong, I was missing an item , after the female repeated everything to me, then when they said they were gonna bring the correct items, which was at 9:56 they didn't get here till 11:12.. Wasn't great food or great service , which I really love this place just must have been a bad day.
Just became a brand new customer to Batavia's original pizza. Pizza arrived on time, actually a little early not an hour and a half to two hours later like another pizza place out there. Also arrived hot and delicious THANK YOU Batavia Original! Oh, and they were PLEASANT!

i came in tonight and was sat down out by the kitchen, waited prob ten minutes and no one came over. i noticed a waitress sitting in font of me talking to her girlfriends about some jibberish.. and i was wondering to my self, is she working? then after waiting she finally turned to me and said hello iam your waitress can i get you a drink. haha i was thinking to myself..wow nice sit there and talk to your friends while i'm patiently waiting to be waited on then when its convenient for you turn to me and act like nothings wro... read more
This was always a family favorite of ours for years and years. Had to drive a ways to get there, but worth it. Now we live in Virginia and came up there last night (not just to eat, but would have been worth it- LOL) and it is as good as ever. Same pizza, same awesome wings, and a great staff. Always remember coming there with four little girls and Kathy (Gen.
