Comparatively your BBQ far surpasses most in cincinnati. Unfortunately your food has more personality than your lunch time staff.
The Ribs are to die for! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in Cincinnati.
I am originally from Cincy, came back for the holidays and found myself at Pontiac at OTR. Wow!! Excellent service, atmosphere, beer and wine selection and hands down THE BEST FRIED PICKLES in my life! If you find yourself in the heart of the Over the Rhyme District, stop by Pontiac. You will not be disappointed!
Went to OTR to find a place to eat and stumbled across Pontiac Bourbon and BBQ. I had the Brisket Nachos and my wife had the Brisket sandwich. Both were very delicious. I couldn't finish my nachos as I was stuffed. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family!
Would not serve the brisket without the bread because they were worried about the presentation. They could care less that I had a food allergy. A real BBQ place would place more emphasis on the food flavor and not the presentation. What a joke.

Great Brisket, nice selection of draft/bottled beers & lots of bourbon!! The staff is friendly. The restaurant, from the bar, the booths to the bathrooms was clean & interesting. I particularly liked the framed needlepoint in the women's lavatory. :-)

We have a responsibility to our Community, our Employees and our other Patrons to not serve anyone who has already been over-served. It's a little irresponsible of you to give us a one star review and not give us a fair shot. I would hope you would give us another chance when alcohol isn't playing such a factor.
