The food was really good and very unique. The staff was polite and really helpful. Overall the vibe of the place was exciting and different from a lot of other places. Excited to go back again!

My friend, daughter and I visited Cincinnati on Saturday. We decided to try Pontiac for lunch and let me say, the food AND the customer service were exceptional! The Pulled Pork was tender throughout and the Cole Slaw was super fresh. Due to the kindness of the Hostess, I was able to bring back a complimentary order of smoked wings to my husband. It was nice patronizing a non-chain restaurant. I will definitely make a return visit.

This is a solid example of a spot that's really improved with subsequent visits. While I'm not a huge BBQ guy, I really appreciate the simple spins Pontiac puts on the staple brisket and/or pulled pork in its snacks and specials; this makes for a good casual, shareable lunch. The bourbon menu offers variety without being overwhelming (though I usually just settle on the special for some sipping).
