Do not use Pontchartrain Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. My balance has been paid in full since they occurred over a year ago. They’re still sending me bills and collection notices even after I’ve reached out to accounts department several times to clear the issue that they said they’d handle it. I have receipts for transaction for proof. Don’t get me wrong the doctors are fine it’s just the actual business practice and their accounting. If I had a choice I wouldn’t of gave it one star.
Everyone was very friendly, yet professional. We were actually seen within 10 minutes of our appointment time. Dr. Burvant and his staff were all efficient, yet you didn't feel like you were being rushed. Would definitely recommend Pontchartrain Ortho!
