Dr. Ponsky is truly the best. She was originally my ENT and was always incredibly informative and thorough, so when she transitioned into plastic surgery I was genuinely excited. Dr. Ponsky is truly an artist and perfectionist! I had an anterior neck lift, lipectomy, and submental liposuction and could not be any happier with my results and my surgery was October 2025, so not even two months out post surgery and my results are absolutely incredible! I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Diane Ponsky in 2021. The hump on my nose was removed, but the tip of my nose and nostrils were not changed, so overall my nose still looks very similar to before. Because of this, I am not satisfied with the final result. The surgery was expensive and I expected a more noticeable improvement. I had given permission for my before-and-after photos to be posted, but they were never shared. I believe the result was not strong enough for them to showcase.
