This place is the best! Our Sam had to have emergency surgery and they did a wonderful job, but besides that, everyone was so great explaining everything and really caring about my cat. Can't thank you enough for everything!! Thank you Dr Estle for performing the surgery and helping us understand his after care and Dr Edwards for the follow up and for always being there to answer any questions and crazy concerns I have!!
I just had to make a difficult decision and have my cat Max euthanized....it made me very sad, but he was suffering and not getting any better. It was not fair to him- the staff is so caring and compassionate....they loved Max as I did-
Exceptional service and care from all the staff there! Genuinely felt like they care about my dog, Roxy, and wanted to answer any and all questions I had about her and her well being. I won't take her anywhere else and if you love your pet, you shouldn't either!
Had a great first visit for my babies. Who are snoring loudly now. Thank you everyone loving my babies. You all made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
Dr. Edwards and her nurses are the best! They helped my little buddy, Scruffy the rabbit, recover and now he's back to his happy hoppy self! :)
The staff here has been the best I've ever encountered. Meeko has always had a hard time at the vet and everyone at Ponemah has treated him so kindly, just last night they went above and beyond to help us in a moment of panic. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!
