You cannot find a more compassionate place to take your animal. The whole staff cares about your animal. I have an almost 23 year old cat that I took there expecting the worst and they suggested some medical ideas which could extend her life. Even Midnite likes the staff there. I can still see her cuddled up to Dr Edwards on the exam table, purring. I think her opinion says a lot for the hospital.
The folks at Ponemah took care of both my cat and I just the other day when we made the tough decision and to put her down. It was a tough day but between having a private room to say goodbye and grieve and not having to go out to the front lobby to pay while sobbing like a little girl sure was appreciated. Lastly, we received a lovely “sorry for your loss” card from them today. Top notch!
You can feel the care and compassion as soon as you walk through the doors of Ponemah Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jennifer Edwards and Dr. Jennifer Estle and their wonderful staff love animals and are professional, friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. The office is clean, yet warm and inviting.
