They ask you to fill out tons of forms before the appointment, which then disappear into thin air, and you have no way of tracking what’s done and what’s still remaining. Then they call you a hundred times asking you to fill out the same forms over and over. And when you finally show up for the first visit, the front desk doesn’t even look up and barely shows any interest in guiding you through the office. I’m so grateful for the support and care from my therapist at Pondworks. I’ve worked with Amelia for over 2 years and have been consistently challenged and encouraged. I appreciate her guidance and kindness as she helps me process all types of life’s challenges. Choosing to invest in mental health care has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. It’s difficult work sometimes, but has made such a positive and profound impact in my life.
Pondworks helped me during a difficult transition in my life. The level of care Dr. Katharine Conrad put into each session made it worth showing up. I was properly medicated for the first time and received therapeutic support on top of it by the same person which, to me, was what helped the most. Highly recommend this place if it's in-network for your insurance!
I could not be more pleased with my psychiatrist Joshua, he is amazing and I highly recommend. The office is lovely as well.
I have found my sessions with Dr Kim to be challenging and helpful. He treats me with enough respect to tell me when I am being petulant or spiraling. I appreciate straight forward people. In my experience, Dr Kim tells me what he thinks and why. He is good at explaining his decisions while still respecting my autonomy. He has been methodical and attentive when prescribing medicines to me knowing both that I have had poor reactions to many drugs and that I have an outright aversion to taking many other psychotropic drugs.
