My family rented a cabin at Ponds Lodge, we knew it was one of the older cabins, but figured for the price we could make it work. We were shocked at the condition when we checked in, if this was my business I would be embarrassed at renting this to anyone. This would be a horrible place for small children, really unsafe. Holes punched in the doors, broken window, couches were ripped and torn, very unstable hand railing, front porch stairs broken. The location was great for us, but we will never choose Ponds again.
