I don’t know who’s in charge of customer service over there. My guess? Someone who shouldn’t be working with people. I messaged them because they don’t answer the phone. The question? Since plants were scheduled to ship in April, and we’re approaching June without plants, will there be a small discount applied? He/she could have kindly said no and provided updated shipping information. Instead, they blew up angry and bitter. Cancelled our order and we were told to go elsewhere. Extremely rude customer service. I asked a simple question about planting and was yelled at in all caps saying its all over their website and how dare I question them because they didn't like that I asked about using a specific product I saw online.Very nasty.
Sent a half dead water lily and it died. I sent pictures and they don't care. I have a beautiful pond with thriving plants and lots of blooms. Those pics didn't matter too them either!
