Since becoming ABBA Eye Care, they have been amazing, even making the transition to the new optometrist easy on us when we moved to Houston a year ago. Today, they showed that they care about past patients more than I ever thought possible. While in the area to visit family and friends, my son's glasses accidentally got stepped on. The amazing tech was able to repair them like new, so he wouldn't be without glasses for another week. Thank you, ABBA, for showing that your patients mean so much to you, even after they leave!
It's now ABBA.. SEEMED JUST AS GOOD TO ME. ALL THE EMPLOYEE'S SEEM TO WANT THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE..
The doctor was great. Every other aspect of this place stinks. Very poor customer service until I complained very loudly. It took a month and a half to get my glasses after I was told 7-10 days. I was not offered any type of refund for my inconvenience and when I asked, they said no we do not do that, it was the labs fault. Maybe instead of blaming other people, own up to screwing up.
