Excellent food and service. We had a party of seventeen ladies. They were all set up for us in a manner that was so good for the ladies with walkers and one power wheelchair. Staff was very prompt in clearing away used dishes. Great place
I ordered the T-Bone because it was the Special.. But there was Nothing Special about this. I ordered it Medium Rare, but it came out Well Done, so I had to send it back, then I ordered something to go (Bad Idea I know), I get home and find that they have cheated me out of my Fries... This is probably how they stay in business... Luckily I don't live near Hastings, So I wont be back Anytime soon. For those of you who do live around Hasting, I would Avoid this place and save my money and my frustration.
My family and I have been to this restaurant a lot. The food was amazing. Then the last 3 times we have gone there the food is not to be up to standards. Very disappointed. We will not go back there agin. Really thought it was just a bad time when went to Ponderosa. Three times is to many and to pay that much for to eat there and your ten year old is not happy with the menu entrees that they put out. Very sad. Some one is not doing there job.......... Needs more to offer in the meats that you serve.
Very good food and value. I usually get the shrimp dinner and also enjoy the buffet.
