It's been 58 days since my daughter, son in law and grandson have had AC. At times being over 100 degrees!! They have given a demand letter, they have taken money out of the rent for portable AC units that do not cool a bi-level apartment and still no response. The only remedy has been to send multiple companies to give estimates just to look like they are willing to help. My daughter and son-in-law work extremely hard and deserve to get what they pay for. unprofessional and rude to say the least. Had to get a lawyer after the Camp Fire just to communicate. They refuse to reach out to their tenents and at least let us know the status of our contracts. Never again.
As you note the ponderance of NEGATIVE reviews, ask why anyone would do business with these rude, unprofessional and obnoxious people. All I was looking for was the name of a property owners insurance company. A tree that Ponderosa obtained a permit for removal, 5YEARS AGO, because it was dead, fell on MY property and caused some damage. NO COOPERATION WHATSOEVER. NO ADMISSION OF RESPONSIBILITY! I am a middle aged woman who served in the military for 6 years as a surgical scrub. Then I worked for an additional 14 years in surgery before becoming permanently disabled. I am on social security and because of my income I have been approved for a housing voucher. When I applied for two different properties, (I was informed they would accept my voucher for both.) they would not even accept my application, run it for a credit check, etc. Even though a voucher had been approved. By far the rudest, most unprofessional women to ever talk to . Take your business to Chico if you're looking for someone to manage your property. You will regret allowing them to manage your property let alone be a renter.
