Honestly the new person in office is very weird, and on a power trip. We’ve been living here for a long time and now all of the sudden we can’t have more than 2 cars and if you do the cars are towed. Then she’s got a horrible attitude problem.
When we first moved in Carla Taylor was the best, she was nice and cared about people, then she left, and Ginger wyly took over, she was a liar and illegally towed our friend's car 5 days before Christmas (we only knew it was towed because I checked our camera) when we called Collegedale pd to see what happened they said ginger OK'd the car getting towed and when we went into the office after trying to call for multiple days (they don't answer the phones) she DENIED that she authorized it. If I could give less then this 1 star I would. I have lived here for over 5 years and my family has for over 10. I bought the place I was renting a few years ago when management was ok. But recently this manager is the worst one they have had (and it seems they get a new one often) my car was towed because one tire was slightly off my driveway and in the grass, I went for a walk and came back and my car was gone! This is a horribly unprofessional place to live. They profit of the misfortune of their own residence by not providing any guest parking and then use carter's towing to take their cars, which are very shady aswell, and both parties try to ignore basic parking laws. Unfortunately there aren't many/ any lawyers who represent these claims near here so your out of luck if it happens to you despite them not following proper rules and regulations for signage or notice for their residence.
