imagine living somewhere, where every time you turn around there is a new rule that makes zero sense a new “ Property manager quicker than you can change your underwear” stayed in this “community” for two years? & dealt with the most random “rules” that changed a “golden key” check in every 3 to 4 months? also dealt with fees that came out of nowhere they are a pick & choose type of community they allow some people to do whatever others you better have your check book ready for fees don’t move here it’s a scam your rent will... read more
Living here was the worst experience I've ever had. This place is a complete disaster—poorly managed, filled with awful people, and constantly plagued by police being called on residents. Save yourself the trouble and don’t move here.
Now that I have finally moved out and received back my security deposit, I will speak on this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE! For the price and how convenient everything around it is… it is not worth it. I moved in while I was pregnant and was told our neighbors had gotten evicted. Did not tell us why. Not even a week of us moving in we began getting roaches. We called pest control and he literally let us walk into the house next door to then tell us why they got evicted. No payments and a huge roach infestation! I could not even s... read more
Most part maintance did what that had too or able to do when allowed. Trouble with renewing my lease. I was told one thing then office was closed but ended up getting fixed until I just went to pay rent and can’t bc I’m still being charged 250 for month to month when I have signed lease for year… so annoying
