Property manager is very nice. Homes were decent, but it’s super hard to get approved. Even with decent credit, income, and a clean background. The third party that does approvals is very difficult to work with.
I’ve officially been here for almost a month and I have to say I’ve had only the best experience living in this neighborhood. Heather is sincerely kind and I really like her energy. She answered all my questions, concerns, and really worked hard to make sure I was comfortable in this transition with moving somewhere new. Down to earth and easy to talk to! Honestly the new person in office is very weird, and on a power trip. We’ve been living here for a long time and now all of the sudden we can’t have more than 2 cars and if you do the cars are towed. Then she’s got a horrible attitude problem.
When we first moved in Carla Taylor was the best, she was nice and cared about people, then she left, and Ginger wyly took over, she was a liar and illegally towed our friend's car 5 days before Christmas (we only knew it was towed because I checked our camera) when we called Collegedale pd to see what happened they said ginger OK'd the car getting towed and when we went into the office after trying to call for multiple days (they don't answer the phones) she DENIED that she authorized it.
