I'm in the process of finding my first home and let me just say Alicia Burkhart has made this so much less scary and intimidating than it was in the beginning she broke things down and didn't make me feel bad for all of my questions. Alicia has been nothing but uplifting during this experience She's all in all a good apple and I'll definitely recommend anyone who needs a place at ponderosa pines to go talk to her!
This is a very friendly community with great staff and very nice neighbors!
Property manager is very nice. Homes were decent, but it’s super hard to get approved. Even with decent credit, income, and a clean background. The third party that does approvals is very difficult to work with.
I’ve officially been here for almost a month and I have to say I’ve had only the best experience living in this neighborhood. Heather is sincerely kind and I really like her energy. She answered all my questions, concerns, and really worked hard to make sure I was comfortable in this transition with moving somewhere new. Down to earth and easy to talk to!
