my daughter and her family have lived out here for a couple of months now and are still begging for the hot water heater to be fixed. She has 2 small children and is having to heat water to bathe them. Maintenance comes, when the manager finally answers the phone, he re-lights the water heater and it goes out within 30 minutes. We finally called the owner who said he would have it taken care of today.
