Worst company I have ever done business with. During routine maintenance of our HVAC system, the tech failed to reset it properly so that during the cold spell of winter, the furnace back up for the heat pump did not kick in at the low ambient temperatures. I watched remotely as our house temp dipped into the 40s then 30s. Another of their techs reset it properly, but by then the heat exchanger has frozen so that neither the heat pump nor the furnace were functional. I commend Larry @ Ponderosa Heating and Cooling for advising us to get a new heating pump. Since installing the pump, our electric bill has gone down from $200- $500/month. Thank you for your service and advise.

Bad Heat pump About 7 years ago we were looking into getting a heat pump and A/C for our home... and went with Ponderosa because they offered the best warranties, etc. even though they were one of the highest bids we had gotten...It has been a total disaster ever since from the time it took them 2 weeks to install with workers without any previous experience and on the job learning... the job was completed and it took 3 different time for the inspections to pass... 2 years ago was disaster again... long story...
