Worst company I have ever done business with. During routine maintenance of our HVAC system, the tech failed to reset it properly so that during the cold spell of winter, the furnace back up for the heat pump did not kick in at the low ambient temperatures. I watched remotely as our house temp dipped into the 40s then 30s. Another of their techs reset it properly, but by then the heat exchanger has frozen so that neither the heat pump nor the furnace were functional.
