We stayed in the Little Pond’erosa and it was everything we needed. Great amenities! Our son was completely charmed by the farm cats. We had fun fishing and walking the trails and playing cornhole. The farm eggs were a marvelous touch! And the owners were so friendly and responsive. We know where we want to stay the next time we are in the area!
Absolutely wonderful cabin, thoughtfully furnished and comfortable. We were here for a family fall break. We loved the fishing pond, the outdoor games, the arcade machine, hot tub, and just sitting on the porch. There was a plumbing emergency one night and the hosts came right over to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

Myself and a coworker stayed in the Little Ponderosa cabin for 10 nights. The property and the cabin is very nice and clean.
Our stay was excellent while we visited our son at UTK. The drive is easy and very convenient. We enjoyed the quiet wooded atmosphere, the warm cookies delivered, and the southern hospitality. We highly recommend!
