Ponderosa Apartments is RACIST PONDEROSA STAFF ARE RACIST. I watched them tell an african american mother they were out of applications then turn around and give one to a caucasion woman with a child(me)
TOo High Ponderosa Apartments are not that great. Location is not wonderful and very high priced. Only offer 12 month leases and renting staff was rude and did not even really want to show apartments. I would not recommend them to anyone.
