I currently live here and if you have a complaint about a noisy neighbor they say they can't do anything about it cause it's not quiet hours. My neighbor has her music up so loud I have a clear recording of it from my apartment
I am hearing horrible things about this property. Suprise inspection at their will. No place for children as they will treaten you with eviction if you let your kids take out the trash or play outside by themselves. No courtesy from management for anything. Place always looks like the slums since I moved to Billings two years ago. If I was someone on low income looking for a place to live, I would live in my vehicle before I moved into this run down dump.

They will not keep up with their units threaten write ups and evictions like candy worst company ive ever rented through if you rent through here fair warning they also put u in debt and expect u to pay them money weekly
Sprinklers still broke,kids living in 1 bdrms buildings with elderly and disabled ,causing them to get ran over by bikes and scooters in the breezways ,managers quit again because owners are unreasonable,cars vandalized,stolen car dumping ground, lawns are infested with ants now,trees have gone without water for so many summers,they wont survive another summer .the only blessing is our maintenance man and grounds keeper are still here.this property has been neglected since being sold, and new owners are in California and cou... read more
