The office paperwork looks like it came from 1970. I had to write the same information over and over. A small cheap tablet could collect the data ONCE and populate it to each page that it is required on. SO ANNOYING !!! The wait to see the PA was very long. 1 hour and 30 minutes. The PA seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable.
