This place is a joke! They do zero upkeep here and can not keep an office manager longer than a couple months.no one is ever in office. Then they have the nerve to ask for such high rent.
I live here 10 yrs I’ve seen up and down on this palace and what you heard on reviews is not all true there not a bunch of drugs in here I sleep with just the storm door lock I’ve never had any problems out here and yes drugs are everywhere but this palace has really starting to look good they just need a on site management to know what this palace needs and what kind a people to rent or sale to because if this palace don’t get management on site their going to lose a lot of money and people they hired don’t care cause they ... read more
This community is under new management and will be making huge upgrades and changes to the community. Please check back shortly if you would like to get into a new home in this community. We will have homes for purchase and rent to own.
I tried calling the number listed to get information for a friend and the phone number does not work it says it has been changed but the new number is unknown. Can someone please give me the phone number
Great community with a wonderful manager. Lots of improvements happening in the community. Lots of new homes coming in that will really improve our overall appearance. Thanks for all the enhancements.
