I cannot say enough about Dr. Pond and his staff. He has taken very good care of me over the years. He even opened his office on a weekend to see me in an emergency situation. The best!!!
Great staff, beautiful, comfortable office. Dr. Pond had helped my family after hours, on the phone or in the office, what ever is needed.
Not to be trusted, does not tell the truth. has a rude person in charge of billing!. We changed Dentists, after many years. Why? Because he was incompetent in dealing with our insurance and then lied about EVERYTHING!
I can't recommend Dr. Pond enough. He is extremely kind and honest. His staff is wonderful. They have been treating my daughter since she is 3. A wonderful family dentist. A find!
The absolute best. Wouldn't go to anyone else. I've had tooth extractions, prep for implants, prosthetics and general dental health care with him for years. Have never had a bad experience. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Tom's a genial, empathetic dentist with a cordial staff. A relaxed person, not having an overblown, pompous opinion of himself in the least.
Best dentist I've been to! Easy-going, no pain, great hygienists, willing to fit you in for an emergency. Nice results.
