I called the Pond Perfecter in panic because my pond level had dropped over a foot over night and I had no idea why. I had just moved in and have no experience with pond maintenance. Rob, Initial work was beautiful however the screen over the fountain well was metal which rusted and broke apart. I called Rob who responded immediately to inspect the problem. He admitted it was a poor choice of materials for a water feature but my one year warranty was up and he was not willing to repair the problem unless I payed him for the work. Appearance is good but internal quality was inferior.

Rob has been taking care of our pond for years. He’s very reliable and whenever we have had some issues with the pond he is very responsive and will quickly get involved in assessing and solving the issue.

My pond pump quit working on Saturday afternoon. I called several Water Feature companies and was told my pond didnt fit their category for repair. I located Pond Perfecter thru Google search and called. Robert returned my call and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He showed up Tuesday and was able to correct the rather messy issue...my 6 inch goldfish had been sucked into the pump thru the return plumbing.
