Called for an estimate for revision of my existing pond. Estimate was not free. Charged a $175 consultation fee, without much of a consult, then disappeared until we inquired then they sent the estimate which left out some of the major components. When I asked they said they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong Smith. Right. I never received the revision. In the end they did nothing but rip me off for $175. Completely incompetent.
