About this business
Ponchatoulas was founded in February 1996, by original owner Johnny Gaudet, who then partnered with Chris Garriga in 2004. With a passion for good food and fun, Gaudet opened the restaurant on the bustling Park Avenue in downtown Ruston. The building housed a fire station in the early 1900's, complete with the big red fire truck and even horse-drawn carriages lining the downtown streets. Great Food, Good Service, and Fair Prices !
The food is delicious! Love the relaxed atmosphere & friendly service. My favorite is the hamburger steak & hubby loves the peach sweet tea.
Best Seafood in Ruston la!!! The service sucks! I've never been somewhere & felt like I was a Bomb off the street.. I was standing at the front & the waitress over looked me to sit the ppl that was behind me.. My money spend just like everybody else! Ijs!! Great food tho'!!
