An amazing experience! Love my new Primary Care Provider, they accept all kinds of insurances including Ambetter! Compared to many other medical centers in Miami, this one, by far is spectacular. From it’s cleanliness and hospitality. I’d recommend this for any family. (very knowledgeable for diabetic patients as well!)
If I could give this medical center a negative rating, I would. I became a patient in January. I went to get everything checked after having COVID in December. The PA was the only one I was seen by ONE time. I’ve had a series of problems after Covid and they sent me for an X-ray at that point which I did in early February. As of today (Aug. 19) I’ve called and left numerous voicemails to get results and because I still have a pain in my lung. PMC The experience was awesome. Just became a patient. Even from the outside accessible parking area the openness and natural light in the reception area was comforting. Every detail added a personal touch to that first impression specially in a clinic, and the scent of cleanliness and organization is “top of the charts”. The worst experience I have ever had with a medical clinic. At the first appointment I thought it was a very nice place, nice environment and very clean. However, it takes them over 3 weeks to file prescription refills to the local pharmacy. You call their office at anytime of the day and nobody ever answers. You show up and they say they will fix your problem, but they either forget it when you walk out the door, or don't care to begin with. Save your time and go elsewhere.
