Unit 8 isn't kept up well at all. Slats on blinds missing, screen door on the upper deck fell on me, place wasn't clean, downstairs toilet had to flush 2times to flush.
I personally love this place as an owner and tenant! Perfect location, well maintained complex, beautiful views, great pools, friendly neighbors, walkability is awesome with so many places just minutes away by foot and or bike, the beach is steps away on the private boardwalk over beautiful dunes. Lost in Paradise!
