I didn't know they Built Custom Homes. However they came out to do my refinance . It did take a bit of time to get on the schedule because everyone is selling and refinancing now . So I get it . The Appraiser was very knowledgeable of my Home in Houston heights . I will definitely call them again for a future investment property ground up construction.
Very slow and disorganized. Took the appraiser 10 days after he did the appraisal to turn it in when it was promised within 3 days.
