Save yourself and go to another facility! Mixed up my lab results with another person's apparently! How this happened? They did not send my results to the doctor who ordered the ultrasound. I was told the results would be available the same day of my appointment. However, they did NOT send them at all. I had to follow up myself for 2 weeks. They FALSELY claimed their 'system' LOL! I went to do an MRI because I haven't been able to walk on my right ankle. I couldn't withstand the pain because there was very little support for my ankle and the worker put little effort to accommodate me. He just said we couldn't do it and told me to get a pill that puts me asleep. I don't need that I just need some support so that my injured ankle isn't on the hard plastic for half an hour. Since the beginning everything went wrong! The lady at the front desk, saw my son standing on a knee rover and stated that Xrays of the feet cannot be done if a patient cannot stand. Something I found absurd. Then, she kept being argumentative. Later, the MRI technitian treated my son very badly, yeling to make him not move. He placed a a foot with torn ligament on a hard surface without the appropriate support to help with the pain.
